Meet Gladies & Gerald — The Heart Behind Gikhrist

Every story of transformation begins with a choice — the choice to say no more to living half-alive, and yes to living fully for God. For Gladies and Gerald, that choice changed everything.

A Journey from Brokenness to Wholeness

There was a time when health wasn’t their strength. Like many couples, Gladies and Gerald were caught in the cycle of stress, unhealthy habits, and spiritual emptiness masked by routine. They were binge drinkers, unhealthy eaters, and constantly running on empty—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

But God had a different plan.

Between 2019 and 2022, they faced painful losses — three beloved family members of Gladies, and Gerald’s father, all gone too soon due to preventable health conditions. Grief has a way of making you see clearly. Gladies began to understand that true wellness was never just about exercise and diet. It was about the whole person — body, mind, spirit, and family — aligned with God’s design.

Then came her own health battles. PCOS. Hyperthyroidism. The fear of never being fully well again. Doctors offered lifetime medication or surgery. But faith opened another door. Through prayer, discipline, holistic healing, and God’s grace, Gladies was healed. Completely.

Gerald’s journey mirrored hers. At just 21 years old, he was told his cholesterol, triglycerides, and uric acid levels were dangerously high — and that he would need maintenance medication for life. That diagnosis became his wake-up call. A moment that sparked a deep desire to take charge of his health, his choices, and his life — rebuilding everything on God’s wisdom instead of dependency.

Together, they chose transformation over resignation. And those victories lit a fire — not just to live better themselves, but to help others find that same freedom.

A Shared Calling

Gladies and Gerald walked the long road from broken patterns to renewed faith, from surviving to truly thriving. Their healing became their ministry. What started as a personal commitment grew into something much bigger — a shared calling to help others live not just healthy, but whole.

Whole in faith. Whole in family. Strong in health. Full of genuine happiness.

That calling became Gikhrist — a space rooted in Christ and built on the four pillars that transformed their own lives: faith, family, health, and happiness.

Why They Do What They Do

Gikhrist is not just a business. It is a mission born out of redemption, resilience, and real-life transformation.

Gladies and Gerald have learned that faith without health leads to burnout. Health without faith leads to emptiness. A thriving family without intentional happiness leads to a house full of people running on fumes. But when faith is first, family is cherished, health is stewarded, and happiness is chosen daily — that is when life becomes what God always intended it to be.

Their dream is to see people around the world walking in that freedom. Spiritually grounded. Physically strong. Deeply rooted in family. And genuinely, unashamedly happy.

Their Heart for You

Gladies and Gerald know what it means to start over. They know what it means to lose, to fight, to heal, and to trust God through every single stage of it. That is why Gikhrist has never been about perfection. It has always been about progress, grace, and growth — in every area of life.

Through their writing, courses, coaching, and community, they invite you into the journey. Not to follow a program, but to build a life. A real, full, faith-centered life that honors God, loves family well, takes health seriously, and chooses happiness every single day.

Because you were not made to just get by. You were made to thrive.

“Gikhrist is our testimony — that faith can heal you, family can strengthen you, health can restore you, and happiness can be chosen no matter what you are walking through. We are not here as experts above you. We are here as people who have been broken and rebuilt by God’s grace, sharing every lesson so you can rise too. Your best life is not behind you. It is ahead — and it starts with saying yes to all God has for you.” — Gladies & Gerald Ramos
